This is one of the few hourly quests available that gives currency that allows you to get an item. BEWARE: The quest text has typos for the type of seal you need. ALSO BEWARE: The mobs for this quest hit really hard. Don't get hit. You need to jump down the well that is nearby this NPC in order to find the mobs you need to kill for this quest.
